Everyone wants something from young people: attention, votes, or for them to "behave". At The Youth, we flip the mic. We don’t talk about the youth; we talk with them. We are building a space where young people are heard and recognized for their opinions.

As a Content Creation intern at The Youth Agency, you are the visual engine of our collective. You are responsible for an artistic, bold visual language that captures the future, right now.

What you’ll be doing:

• Visual Storytelling: You capture panel interviews and cultural activations on film and photo, keeping it raw and real.

• Creative assets: You produce bold visual assets for The Youth Agency to showcase our research. 

• Visual Strategy: You define the "look" of the next internet, ensuring we avoid copy-paste aesthetics.

• Content Creation: You translate complex opinions into high-energy video and imagery for our platforms.

Who you are:

• Artistic & Bold: You hate "easy" stuff and make bold visual choices.

• Technical & Raw: You know your way around a camera and edit suite, but keep the perspective real.

• Communicative: You have a high proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• You’re available for a period of 5 months.
