Everyone wants something from young people: attention, votes, or for them to "behave". At The Youth, we flip the mic. We don’t talk about the youth; we talk with them. We operate where culture, creativity, and technology hit. We don’t follow trends; we make them.

As a Visual Design intern at The Youth Agency, you bring brand identities to life. You are here to build what's next, transforming cultural codes into sharp, artistic assets for brands that are ready to listen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Craft identities: You translate brand strategies into powerful visual identities that represent the voice of change.

• Sketch & concept: You sketch new ideas and design high-impact visuals based on existing concepts for diverse social and commercial organizations.

• Inspiration & co-creation: You participate in bi-weekly creative inspiration sessions with the team.

• Experiment boldly: You have the freedom to experiment with new tools like AI to push visual boundaries.

Who you are:

• Technical: You are skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and have a sharp eye for "what's next".

• Bold: You make brave visual choices with no filters and no apologies.

• Communicative: You have a high proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• You’re available for a period of 5 months.
